Tortellini Soup

4 cans stewed tomatoes

2 cans beef broth (can used cubes of bullion)

1 tsp dry basil

1/2 tsp pepper

1-2 medium zucchini (sliced thin)

2 cans green beans

1 tsp minced garlic

2/4 tsp oregano

1 pkg Jennie-O Italian Turkey Sausage (or breakfast sausage)

1 pkg stuffed tortellini with cheese shells

1. Cook pasta, set aside

2. Mix everything else, but tortellini in soup pot and boil until zucchini is soft. 

3. Add cooked sausage. 

4. Add Tortellini. Boil until tortellini is cooked. 

4. Cool and serve with grated parmesan cheese
